Then we will send you a free reminder by text or email a few days before your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment, you still have enough time to reschedule your appointment.
We send free appointment reminders by e-mail or sms. This is a courtesy service, from which no rights may be derived. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment.

At every appointment, please bring your valid ID-card, driving license or passport with you. If you have Dutch insurance, remember to also bring your health insurance card.
Contact us by phone if you need to change your appointment. Please do this at least 24 hours in advance of a routine check-up, or 48 hours in advance of treatments with the dentist or hygienist. This allows us to offer your appointment to another patient. If you’re not able to cancel your appointment in time, we may need to charge you for the lost time. If you frequently miss your appointments or cancel late, we reserve the right to cancel your registration with us.
At OneWorld Dental we treat strictly on an appointment basis only. However, if you have an emergency situation then call us Monday-Friday before 10.00am. We will then find a place to help you on the same day.

It happens once in a while that a treatment runs late, for example if the dentist is treating an emergency. If this happens, we thank you for your patience until the dentist is able to see you.
Help us to prevent delays by arriving at the practice 5-10 minutes before your appointment.
We appreciate if you would brush your teeth before your appointment with dentist or hygienist. If you didn’t have time to do this at home, then please make use of our toothbrushing corner.
To maintain a calm environment in the practice we kindly ask you to keep your phone on silent and do not make phone calls in the waiting or treatment rooms.
If you would prefer not to receive invoices from InfoMedics, then you may pay for your treatment directly after completion. All payments please with a card (Pin/maestro).
For treatment plans costing €150 or more, we will give you a breakdown of your treatment costs in advance of your treatment. Please check which costs your insurance company covers and which are your own.
Intimidation, disrespect, verbal or physical aggression towards our team members or other patients is strictly not tolerated. Perpetrators will be immediate signed out of the practice, and if necessary legal steps towards prosecution will be taken.
OneWorld Dental does not take responsibility for the theft, loss or damage of your possessions, so please do not leave them unattended.
We will first discuss with you if it becomes necessary to share your information with a medical specialist outside of OneWorld Dental, e.g. for a referral. We will not share your details with other third parties.
