Complaints procedure

Had dental treatment? Your opinion is valuable
We are very curious how you experienced the visit to our dental practice. Your opinion is very important to us. Questions, comments, compliments, complaints or suggestions for improvement? Let us know. After all, if you want to use our experiences, we can improve our treatments, care and service even further.

Complaints procedure for dental treatment
It is possible that you are not satisfied with a treatment or that they have not informed you sufficiently or incorrectly. In that case, you can submit a complaint in writing to your dentist. We will do everything we can to solve this together with you. You can also submit your complaints to a neutral, third party, the KNMT. Our practice is affiliated with this professional association. An independent complaints officer will mediate free of charge between you and our practice to find a solution together.

Dispute or complaint about dentist treatment?
Did you not find a solution with the complaints officer? Then you can appeal to the Oral Care Disputes Body for € 75. A committee of five experts will then assess your complaint. After a binding decision as to whether your complaint is well-founded, the Disputes Authority may award damages up to a maximum of twenty-five thousand euros.
